How pricing works
No surprises on the invoice.
Small jobs are charged by the time they take. Big jobs get a fixed price in writing. Every price includes VAT.
Ask for a fixed quote
Call-out: £75
Covers getting to you and the first 30 minutes on site. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays it’s £95. If it’s a two-minute fix, that’s all you pay.
Then £58 an hour
Charged in 15-minute blocks, never rounded up to the hour. Out of hours it’s £78. Parts are at our trade price plus 10%, and you see the receipt.
Fixed quotes for bigger jobs
Boilers, bathrooms and radiators get a free survey and a written fixed price. It only changes if you change the job, and we agree it with you first.
