A local firm that picks up the phone.
Rob Cole and Sam Ward started out in 2008 with one van and a lot of airing cupboards. Today there are six of us: four engineers, an apprentice and Julie, who runs the office and knows every boiler in Wyncliffe by name.
Most of our work comes from people we’ve helped before and their neighbours. We’d like to keep it that way, so we quote honestly, turn up on time and leave the place cleaner than we found it.

We turn up when we say
You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when we’re on the way. If we’re running late, we ring.
Dust sheets and shoe covers
Every time, in every room we work in. We take the old parts and packaging away with us.
Price first, then the work
We tell you what it’ll cost before we pick up a spanner. If something changes, we stop and ask.
Paperwork done for you
Warranties registered, building control notified and certificates emailed the same day.
