1
The problem
A family of five with two bathrooms and a 1990s boiler that couldn't keep up. The showers ran cold every morning and the hall radiator never got warm.
2
What we did
We fitted a high-output system boiler and a 210-litre unvented cylinder, new pumps and zone valves, a magnetic filter, and powerflushed the whole system before filling it back up.

The result
Two showers can run at once now. Their gas use over the first winter was down by about a fifth.
